His Affect on American Life
Robinson was not only an activist for African American's in baseball; he was an activist for all the aspects of African American Rights. Robinson worked along side such activist's as Martin Luther King jr. and Malcolm X. He also worked with such leaders as John F. Kennedy and Nelson Rockefeller. Robinson worked for an organization called National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). This organization has one goal, to see that all men and women are treated equally. Many People from all races, nationalities, and faiths were brought together for this cause.
